106 Clean Water Act

Under section 106 of the CWA, the Crow Creek Sioux Tribe is able to design a water quality program according to the 106 Guidance. We implement and maintain a successful and effective Water Quality Program by using our skill set and data. We develop information that assists us in decision-making to help better protect our waters.
